Recruitment Process
1. Initial Interview
Meet with our Head of HR for an open conversation about your experience, interests, and why you’d like to join Honest Care. This is your chance to learn more about the role, our culture, and ask any questions you might have.
2. Follow-Up Meeting
Depending on the position, you’ll meet with the Managing Pharmacist or a member of our management team. This step helps us dive a bit deeper into your skills and see how you might fit into the team.
3. That’s it!
Our process usually ends here, but occasionally there might be a short third conversation to finalise details or answer any remaining questions. From application to decision, we aim to keep the process clear, friendly, and efficient.
